Why is it worth it?

Executive Development – Management by Individualization is a proprietary executive development program that teaches a completely new approach to employees and team management. We recommend this program to managers who want to learn the latest techniques and methods for managing people – in harmony with their internal needs.

It is a program for developing managerial competencies for those who have been managing people for years, but also for those who are just starting to become managers. We recommend it when quick results in team management are needed, when the team is challenging, diverse and consists of representatives of different generations. But also when a manager manages a harmonious team but wants to create an even more motivating work environment.

Thanks to RMP, an individual approach to employees, teams and the entire organization is possible. The tool allows you to precisely define the individual needs of employees, their talents and values. In addition, the manager can get to know himself, and his management style better and determine the potential for development. Only in the next step is it worth working on communication, delegating tasks and setting goals that will be consistent with these values (internal motivators).

Formulating goals according to the SMART principle is no longer enough. They must, above all, be in line with the internal needs of employees. This is the only way to stimulate the internal motivation of employees and increase their level of commitment.

Reiss Motivation Profile creates completely new possibilities in this respect. On the one hand, it is a manager’s self-development tool, it allows for a better understanding of oneself and one’s own management style, on the other – it allows for more effective motivation of employees, responding exactly to their needs. Thanks to RMP, we can identify and satisfy the individual motivators of employees, and thus stimulate their internal motivation and increase the level of commitment. Only then will their work become easier and more enjoyable. Under these conditions, employees become fully effective and use their full potential.

This is a program for everyone who is wondering what training to choose for management staff. How to include activities in the manager’s development plan that will give him knowledge related to how to create a motivating work environment for each employee, how to build an engaging work environment for the entire team, how to conduct meetings with employees and teams, how to conduct annual and summary talks, how to give positive and negative feedback and what are the most effective ways and methods of self-development and self-motivation tailored to the individual values and talents of the manager.

II. Team workshop

For whom

  • managers with their teams

Process

  • Motivational profiling of each workshop participant

Each participant takes the RMP motivation profile, which is then individually discussed with them.

  • Workshops

The 3 modules, each with a different focus, are conducted online or in-person, depending on the client’s needs.

Content of the workshop

Module 1: Me and my motivation

  • Needs – the key to understanding your own and others’ behavior
  • Effective communication and why am I surrounded by idiots?
  • Self-motivation and self-development: how to manage in harmony with yourself

Module 2: We as a team

  • What is Management by Individualization?
  • What unites us, what divides us? Analysis of the team profile
  • Developing a “Team Manual”
  • Developing an individual way of communication in the team
  • Conflicts and tolerance

The problems we solve

  • lack of tolerance in the team for other employees’ differences
  • the team is uncoordinated, employees do not cooperate
  • a bad atmosphere in the team
  • ineffective team

Benefits

  • the number of conflicts in the team decreases
  • team members understand each other better
  • it is easier to achieve synergy between team members
  • tasks are assigned according to inborn predisposition

Why is it worth it?

For a team to be more than a group of employees, a lot of time and attention must be devoted to its selection and development. With the Reiss Motivation Profile, we can easily define the motivators from which the desired behaviors in the team will result. With this knowledge, it is much easier to select the right people and build an effective team. The more common motivators in a team, the more effective work and less conflict. People in the team understand and communicate much better. Also, from a manager’s perspective, managing such a team is much easier, as communication, goal-setting and the way tasks are delegated will address and incorporate fewer motivators compared to fully diverse teams.

For existing teams, the Reiss Motivation Profile helps not only discover the potential and talents of individual employees, but also define the differences and commonalities of team members.

RMP is also helpful in getting to know team members, especially for a new manager. The time it takes to get to know the team is much shorter, and in addition to subjective observations and interviews, there are objective personality test results. RMP allows you to get to know team members, their needs and their values in depth even before the first meeting.

In teamwork, it is very important that members communicate and cooperate effectively despite personality differences. RMP motivational profiling allows you to create a map of the needs of individual team members, showing what unites and what divides them. This knowledge is indispensable for a manager to be able to build communication based on the needs shared by team members and assign tasks accordingly.

Diversity management is still a vague concept in many companies. However, due to the changing structure of the labor market in Poland, it will become increasingly important. The Reiss Motivation Profile helps you see the diversity among your employees and understand the benefits it can bring to the entire team. RMP allows you to manage conflict in your team. It allows you to see the real cause of the conflict, analyze the problem from a completely different point of view and develop a constructive solution.

Why is it worth it?

MBI Academy is a proprietary open development program for managers who know that the best investment is their own development. We implement the program according to a process approach. In turn, we focus on the areas of: Me – Manager and My Motivation, Me and the Employee, Me and the Team.

During the academy we build the profile of a modern manager. Aware and ready for today’s challenges. We look at prominent management practitioners, get inspired, discard myths and stereotypes. All this is done for the manager to determine his individual management style (and team management style). He will learn what supports him most strongly in his role as a manager (this is a modern look at the managerial competence report). He will consciously decide what resources he wanted to deploy and what talents to develop. We focus on the most important skills for a manager that will bring the greatest benefit.

The MBI Managerial Academy is definitely more than universal activities in the area of development services, such as managerial training or sales manager academy, and you will not find it in any existing database of development services. We refer to business situations, although at the same time anyone can find an analogy in non-business relationships. This consistency is important if we want to have fun at work (flow state), but also be happy in our private lives (work-life balance). Everyone knows themselves best – we teach people to name their needs and, as part of the project, provide direction on how they can be implemented effectively. This ability to communicate and be effective is especially important for those in a managerial role who are responsible not only for themselves, but also for relationships with co-workers, clients and contractors. What we do goes significantly beyond focusing on soft skills that are important to a manager.

Authority in the work of a manager comes from knowledge, competence, experience, but also the quality of relationships with other people. If a manager has authority, people are willing to follow. Where we are now is the result of our past choices and the influence of our environment. As part of the project, we are encouraged to courageously seek our own path and follow it in harmony with ourselves. Without looking back and without succumbing to the critical judgment of others. Why so? Because we believe that if a manager knows what really motivates him, takes care of his needs and fully accepts himself, employees are more likely to join him. This is a space where effective self-management supports effective team management.

Effectiveness in management is often judged by the level of achievement of business goals (KPIs) set for a given management position. There are times when the existing methods of operation do not achieve more – a sign that it is time to change the approach. We teach an innovative approach to effective people management – Management by Individualization, which means being attentive to the individual needs of the team members a manager manages, so that, as a result, his goal can also become their goal. This is one of the most important team management skills. This is a new approach to development services and a unique understanding of the labor market. This knowledge goes far beyond standard management training covering team management style, resource management, or what a sales manager or business manager academy can teach.

Development towards the MBI Managerial Academy equips the manager with specific management tools to diagnose the situation in the company and in the team – an audit using the Chcieć-Móc- Potrafić (CMP) method and build a team and develop employees in accordance with themselves – Reiss Motivation ProfileⓇ (RMP). This is a globally unique approach to human resource management, which can be easily used by today’s leader (but also by a business trainer / certified business coach, providing management training and emphasizing effective delivery of development services). A manager learns to observe behaviors, expressions, reactions in order to support team members in achieving a common goal in the most effective way. He has the art of building a team that has the potential to achieve the company’s goals. He knows how to tailor tasks to individuals to make them want to do things. The manager learns the power of effective communication that triggers positivity in people and the desire to act. He learns how to appreciate, correct actions, motivate people and benefit from regular meetings. He also learns how to effectively set and account for the achievement of goals using knowledge of employees’ internal needs.

The program formula includes certification. This is the stage of the academy project that allows the manager to see how ready he or she is to use the knowledge in the area of managerial competence from the program in practice, that is, without our further support. The manager receives recommendations for individual development from us, which allows him to choose the optimal form of continuation of development services when he needs it. The program can be continued at several different levels striving for even better development of competencies specific to the managerial position and translating into effective management(e.g. individual managerial sessions, sales development for the sales manager, dedicated managerial training) and join the community of managers and business owners for whom we provide periodic consultations.
