The funds can be used for training, advisory and consulting services, as well as individual coaching.

Financing can be obtained by micro (financing for sole proprietorships), small or medium-sized entrepreneurs from 14 voivodeships in Poland, excluding Masovian and Pomeranian Voivodeships.

Applications should be submitted to the operator assigned to the given voivodeship or region where the applicant’s registered office is located. Possibilities of obtaining funding and distributing funds vary depending on the region. All information is provided by the operator assigned to a given region:

Lower Silesia Voivodeship | Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship | Lublin Voivodeship | voivodeship Lubuskie | voivodeship Łódź province | Lesser Poland Voivodeship | Opole Voivodeship | voivodeship Subcarpathia | voivodeship Podlasie | voivodeship Silesian | voivodeship Świętokrzyskie | voivodeship Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship | voivodeship Greater Poland Voivodeship | voivodeship West Pomeranian

The operator is an institution that deals with the subsidy program in a given region, accepts applications, distributes and settles funds and checks the correctness of documents. It can be said that he is an intermediary between the entrepreneur and the European Union.

The duration of financing of services depends on the individual voivodeship and the Operator’s regulations. It’s not worth waiting until the last minute, because the pool of funds in a given region is limited.

The selection of training depends on the problems faced by a given small or medium-sized enterprise and the development goals it wants to achieve. When it comes to funding for training in 2023, the following topics are particularly popular:

  1. X
  2. Y
  3. Z

✔️ Until your application is approved and you sign a training co-financing contract with the Operator, you will not incur any costs. The signed contract guarantees payment of funds after the training.

✔️ The entrepreneur pays for the training from his own funds and then receives a refund in the amount of the funding granted.

✔️ Apply early and cover all training needs for the current year. Remember that one company can only sign one contract.
